Do as the Amendment says! "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Declare that all owners of guns are now members of a branch of the National Guard and subject to all regulations thereof!
Why is this important?
It regulates guns! Anyone not qualified mentally or by treasonous attitudes, to be in the mulitia should lose those guns!
