People of the U.S. and World Ask ICC to Prosecute U.S. War Crimes

Petition Text

We encourage you to also prosecute war crimes by non-Africans including by U.S. war criminals.

Why is this important?

The ICC is degrading rather than enhancing the idea of international justice by giving a free pass to Western war makers. The United States has itself given a free pass to its war makers, kidnappers, torturers, and assassins. The U.S. president-elect and his advisors openly plan to violate laws against war, torture, and the targeting of civilians. The people of the United States and the world need the ICC to fulfill its mission and step in where domestic justice has failed.

Reasons for signing

  • The reason I signed this petition is because I want to see this come put to an end. I have been a target for over three years.
  • Targeted Individual in California.
  • I recently learned that, in 1942, 110,000 Japanese American citizens in good standing - law abiding citizens - were thrown into interment camps merely because their parents were born in the wrong country. These citizens had no right to due process of any kind because the U. S. government took away what was supposed to be their 'inalienable' rights. I, too, have been victimized by the U.S. government in much the same way - except this time the United States is not at war with another country.
