Dear Sirs,
In order to change for the better the allocation of Federal Funding from the current regime of allowing people in government to decide how the citizens' federal taxes are spent, let's allow the citizens who are paying these taxes decide into which sector the taxes are used.
For example if Healthcare and Transportation are important to you, you can use your Federal Tax dollars for those programs. If the Pentagon budget is important to you, you can use your tax dollars towards that.
This will democratize our taxation system and take the decision of how our Federal Taxes are spent out of the hands of greedy and outdated bureaucrats and autocrats and put it back in the hands of the people.
This way irregardless of whom we have in the presidential seat, our Federal Tax dollars are spent in sectors that are important to our personal interest.
We still have to pay the taxes, let's all decide how and where we want those taxes spent.

Why is this important?
Currently under our current tax code, the individual citizen has no say in how are federal taxes are spent and collectively as a nation we are under the duress of those in Public office, many of whom are in the pockets of big corporations, lobby groups, PACs and SuperPACs, along with a whole litany of special interest groups with big pockets that are directing how are federal tax dollars are spent.
This all too often happens at the detriment of individual citizens of this country all the while funding programs that increase our national debt, funnel funding into Fascist regimes and forever wars, engage in genocide only to appease the very oligarchs that donate funding into the very same political campaigns for re-election.
By allowing the individual citizen to decide how those Federal Tax dollars are spent into sectors that actually affect the lives of people in this country, we are democratizing the Federal Tax system, and taking away the spending power from the hands of Oligarchs and Autocrats and placing it back in the hands of the individual citizen who is paying those hard earned tax dollars.
We have to pay those taxes. Let's decide which sector we would like those taxes spent on. Let's empower the individual, instead of crooks in Washington.
