Require free air time in exchange for licensing from all tv and radio media

Congress people spend a great deal of their time raising funds to pay for their next election campaign. Most of them hate this because it takes up so much time and keeps them from doing their real job.
By requiring all broadcast media to provide equal air time to all viable candidates in return for their operations license renewal, it will help to reduce each candidate's campaign expenses, and will lower their temptation to trade their votes for money from well-heeled sources, thus leading to corruption.
