I pledge I will not return to work under Sec. 502 of the National Labor Relations Act unless my worksite is certified as safe by public health experts under the direction of a rank and file safety committee of my union or a similar organization of my and my co-workers choosing.
Why is this important?
To protect the signer and their co-workers from a life-threatening disease.
