Remove tax exempt status for contributions to the national fund of Israel

Treat gift contributions to Israel like those to any other country for the purposes of tax exemption, and while you are at it make the boatloads of military and economic aid Congress hands to Israel every year conditional on respect for the human rights of all those who live in Palestine. That includes not killing them because they are protesting unequal treatment.
Why is this important?
Israel does not deserve any special consideration, particularly in the light of their total disregard for the lives and well-being of those it has blockaded in Gaza and those whose land it is stealing in East Jerusalem and the West Bank.
